59. Deputy Bernard J. Durkan asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Social Protection if rent support will be restored in the case of a person (details supplied) in County Kildare; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [26869/15]

Tánaiste and Minister for Social Protection

Due to the clients change in circumstances, a new Rent Supplement application should be sent to the Mid Leinster Rents Unit so that the client’s entitlement can be re-assessed. An application has been issued by post to the client.
