Broughan asked the Minister for Justice and Equality further to Parliamentary Question No. 108 of 27 May 2015 regarding Operation Learner Driver; if she has this information to hand; if it will be made available to this Deputy prior to the summer recess; and if she will make a statement on the matter. View answerI am informed by the Garda authorities, that the most recent Operation Learner Driver took place on 20 May, 2015. I am further informed that while the total number of vehicles stopped under this operation is not available, the following table details the Fixed Charge Notices that were issued for offences detected during the national operation.
