44. Deputy Noel Coonan asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Social Protection when an appeal in respect of a disability allowance for a person (details supplied) in County Tipperary will be finalised; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [27747/15]

Tánaiste and Minister for Social Protection

The person in question has been awarded a disability allowance payment with effect from 26 February 2014. First payment was on 1 July 2015 and any arrears due will follow shortly.
