242. Deputy Jack Wall asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Social Protection the position regarding an application for a domiciliary care allowance to a person (details supplied) in County Kildare; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [29035/15]
View answerThe person concerned was notified on the 9th July 2015 that her application for domiciliary care allowance was successful and that the allowance has been awarded from the 1st May 2015. The first payment of the allowance, along with arrears due, will issue on 21st July 2015.
