591. Deputy Michael Colreavy asked the Minister for Health if he will provide, in tabular form, the number of excess winter deaths recorded in each year since 2002. [28577/15]

The Central Statistics Office (CSO) has provided the following figures showing the numbers of recorded deaths related to hypothermia for each of the years 2002 to 2014, broken down by each month. Please note that data for 2013 and 2014 are provisional. The data relates to people aged 1-98 years.
