Deputy Michelle Mulherin asked the Minister for Education and Skills the status of an application for funding to equip a room for the teaching of technology at post-junior certificate level in a school (details supplied) in County Mayo; and if she will make a statement on the matter. View answerI understand that the school referred to by the Deputy intends offering Technology as a Leaving Certificate subject option and is undertaking modifications to an existing classroom for this purpose. It is open to the school to submit an application to my Department for funding to equip this classroom and the school has been advised accordingly.
