Deputy Jim Daly asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government if he is satisfied that a foreshore licence application (details supplied) has remained in the Chief State Solicitor's office for four years without being finalised; the reason for this delay; and if he will make a statement on the matter. My Department is currently awaiting a response to a letter of 10 April 2015 from my Department to Rosscarbery Rowing Club. The application will be progressed as soon as a response is received.
