Deputy Caoimhghín Ó Caoláin asked the Minister for Health to outline the details of the changes made to the drugs payment scheme in the past four years; at what points were the thresholds increased and by what amount; the estimated savings target on each occasion that the threshold was increased; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
