Deputy Michael McGrath asked the Minister for Finance if he will provide, from the records of the Revenue Commissioners, for each of the years 1990, 1995, 2000, 2005, and 2010 to 2013, the number of income earners; the average total income of the top 0.1%; the next 0.9%; the next 4%; the next 5% earners; the next 40%; and the next 50% of earners.
