Deputy Brendan Smith asked the Minister for Finance further to Parliamentary Question No. 231 of 16 June 2015, if he will provide a breakdown of the legal and professional fees as listed on page 62 of the Irish Bank Resolution Corporation's report of 12 March 2015; and if he will make a statement on the matter. View answerAs the Deputy is aware the progress update report of 12 March 2015 provides details of the fees paid to A&L Goodbody, Linklaters and other legal advisers to 31 December 2014. I am advised by the Special Liquidators that they will not be providing a further breakdown of the fees incurred/paid due to commercial confidentiality (and cognisant of ongoing litigation) and also solicitor/client confidentiality.
