Deputy Niall Collins asked the Minister for Justice and Equality the target response time An Garda Síochána seeks to achieve for call-outs to reported incidents of crime, analysed per crime category, including 999 calls; the average call-out response time achieved per crime category, analysed by Garda Síochána division, for the years 2011 to 2014 and for 2015 to date; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
