I confirm that the department was notified by the Social Welfare Appeals Office on the 26 June 2015 that the appeal by the person in question in relation to their medical suitability for disability allowance (DA) has been successful.

Her case is currently assigned to a deciding officer to implement the appeals officer’s decision and the person concerned will be notified in writing of the details of the award in due course.
