780. Deputy Paul Murphy asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government if he or his officials have discussed with Irish Water its interaction with the Dunbia meat processing plant in Slane in County Meath regarding waste water from the plant. [30395/15]
View answerSince 1 January 2014 Irish Water has statutory responsibility for all aspects of water services planning, delivery and operation at national, regional and local levels including the delivery of water services capital infrastructure. Neither I nor my officials have had discussions with Irish Water on the matter in question.
