View answerAs detailed to the Deputy in replies to Parliamentary Questions No 5405-15 and 13840-15, the client concerned was refused Rent Supplement on 16 December 2014 as both he and his wife were in full time employment. As also outlined in that response, if there has been a change in the client’s circumstances, they should make a further application and provide documentary evidence to the Department confirming same so that their entitlement to Rent Supplement can be reassessed.
