Deputy Martin Heydon asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Social Protection if she will review the case of a person (details supplied) in County Kildare who wishes to avail of the back to work enterprise scheme; how this can be progressed; and if she will make a statement on the matter. Tánaiste and Minister for Social Protection

The client has been working with an Enterprise Officer with Kildare County Leader Partnership since April 2014, in order to develop a business plan. The application should be sent to the Department once the business plan is complete.
