Deputy Michael McGrath asked the Minister for Finance if he will provide a breakdown of the sources of the amounts used to recapitalise Irish banks between funds from the National Pensions Reserve Fund, sovereign borrowing and the promissory notes; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
