View answerI understand that, following the withdrawal of their application for subsidiary protection, the options now available to the person whose details were supplied will be communicated to them shortly.
Should the person concerned opt at that stage to apply for leave to remain in the State on humanitarian grounds, that application will be afforded due consideration.
