Questions (680)

Clare Daly

Question:

680. Deputy Clare Daly asked the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs the way in which a relative, who is not a child's legal guardian, may establish a bona fide interest in a child in care, other than going to court in order that the relative may receive information regarding the child; and if such a process is not in place, his plans to create a system such that relatives of children in care do not have to resort to court proceedings to establish their bona fides in these cases.
