880. Deputy Clare Daly asked the Minister for Health the steps being taken to investigate allegations of serious health and safety breaches in Naas General Hospital, County Kildare in the 1980s and 1990s, including disposal of toxic waste from the radiography department into public drains, and inadequate handwashing facilities in that department, in contravention of the 1995 MRSA regulations, as notified to him (details supplied).
