218. Deputy Bernard J. Durkan asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Social Protection the appropriate level of rent allowance payable to a person (details supplied) in County Kildare; if the payment has been reduced in recent months, and if so, to what level, and on what basis; and if she will make a statement on the matter. Tánaiste and Minister for Social Protection

The client's Rent Supplement claim was reviewed on 3rd September 2015 and entitlement re-assessed, to include her weekly income from maintenance. The client concerned is in receipt of their maximum entitlement to Rent Supplement based on their weekly means and family composition.
