362. Deputy Tom Fleming asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine if he will clarify the area aid entitlement of a person (details supplied) in County Kerry for the years 2014; and 2015; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [34157/15]
View answerThe person named did not submit applications for either the 2014 Single Payment and Disadvantaged Areas Schemes or the 2015 Basic Payment and Areas of Natural Constraints Schemes. Therefore, the herd owner has no entitlement to payment in either year under the aforementioned schemes.
