Deputy Fergus O'Dowd asked the Minister for Health his views on the finding by a member of the public of documents on the public pathway outside Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Drogheda in County Louth which contained very sensitive personal hospital records of patients; the reason this occurred; the steps he will take to ensure it is not repeated; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
