310. Deputy Michael Creed asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine when a person (details supplied) in County Cork will receive a payment under the targeted agricultural modernisation scheme; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [36238/15]

The applicant concerned submitted his payment claim for Dairy Equipment under TAMS I on the 11th of September 2015 and payment will issue when the required checks are completed. All claims which are cleared for payment will be paid before end of year.
