639. Deputy Ruth Coppinger asked the Minister for Education and Skills if she will provide assistance to a school (details supplied) in Dublin 7 which was built in the 1950s and requires maintenance work and an end to the use of pre-fabricated buildings. [36124/15]
View answerI am pleased to inform the Deputy that my Department has plans to replace the prefabricated accommodation at the school to which she refers. Officials, including members of my Department's technical staff, recently visited the school for the purposes of preparing a building project brief for delivery by a design team. When the project brief is completed, it will be agreed with the school and the project will be advanced for delivery thereafter.
