671. Deputy John Browne asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government if he will make public the Law Society submission to his Department in respect of the building control regulations, SI 9; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [35952/15]

The Law Society has in recent days consented to its submission on the review of SI No. 9 of 2014 being placed in the public domain. A copy of the submission has issued by email from my Department to a number of persons who had previously requested it. Any other person who requires a copy may obtain it from my Department by emailing [e-mail].
