Deputy David Stanton asked the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No. 707 of 21 March 2012, the progress in developing and operating dedicated heart failure units in Cork city under the national heart failure clinical programme; in particular the progress in relation to the staffing and operation of a full clinic in Cork University Hospital; if he will replace the pilot clinic which was in operation in 2012; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
