1177. Deputy Brendan Griffin asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport the status of an application by a club (details supplied) in County Kerry under the sports capital programme; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [37794/15]

It is a condition of the Sports Capital Programme that for a joint application to be valid, all organisations party to the application be registered on the Online Sports Capital Register (OSCAR). Failure to meet this requirement was the reason for a number of applications being invalid under the 2015 Sports Capital Programme.
