Broughan asked the Minister for Justice and Equality the number of fixed charge notices that were issued to persons for speeding; the number of these persons, who paid within the 56-day period; who were issued summonses; who were convicted, by District Court area; and of those convicted, the number who had their licence number recorded, in 2013; in 2014; and from 1 January to 31 March 2015; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
