Deputy Jerry Buttimer asked the Minister for Justice and Equality the number of crimes committed by former prisoners; the reoffending rates of juveniles who have been detained; the most up-to-date figures on recidivism; the details of rehabilitation rates in prison; the funding provided for such; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
