174. Deputy Clare Daly asked the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Questions Nos. 258 to 260, inclusive, of 22 October 2015, the steps the Health Service Executive will take to address instances of non-compliance with the open disclosure policy when they are detected through analysis of the National Institute for Materials Science database.
