312. Deputy Clare Daly asked the Minister for Defence further to Parliamentary Question Number 20 of 25 June 2015, the progress on this matter, in view of the fact that he indicated almost six months ago that the conclusions of his consideration were imminent. [39072/15]
View answerThis is serious matter which has required detailed consideration as there are a range of stakeholders involved. I have now reviewed the matter fully taking into account the advice of the Attorney General and I would plan to contact the representatives of the individual in question shortly to advise them of a proposed approach.
