163. Deputy Timmy Dooley asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport his views on plans by Dublin Bus, Luas and Bus Éireann to increase fares in January 2016; that these fare hikes are justified; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [39246/15]
