147. Deputy Patrick O'Donovan asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Social Protection the status of a review of an invalidity pension for a person (details supplied) in County Limerick; and if successful; when arrears will issue; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [40321/15]
View answerThe person concerned has been awarded invalidity pension (IP) with effect from the 20 December 2012. Payment and arrears due from 20 December 2012 to 18 November 2015 (less any overlapping social welfare payment and/or outstanding overpayment) will issue to her nominated bank account on the 19 November 2015.
