117. Deputy Michael Creed asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the reason for the delay in issuing a payment under the 2015 basic payment scheme to a person (details provided) in County Cork; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [42085/15]
View answerThe person named submitted a 2015 Transfer of Entitlement Allocation Right and Reference Value application to my Department. Additional information regarding the land that is subject of the transfer is required in order for my Department to process the application. An official from my Department has spoken to the person named to outline what is required. Once my Department receives the required information the application will be processed and payment will issue shortly thereafter.
