Deputy Niall Collins asked the Minister for Education and Skills the position regarding the land swap papers received from a club (details supplied) in Dublin 24; if the business will be passed to the Chief State Solicitor's office without further delay; and if she will make a statement on the matter. With regard to the matter raised by the Deputy, I can confirm that my Department has received correspondence from the club referred to by the Deputy. This correspondence is currently under consideration. A response will issue in due course from my Department to the correspondent.
