Deputy Charlie McConalogue asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the level of payment under the 2015 area aid scheme due to a person (details supplied) in County Donegal, if the person will receive the full payment, if not, the reason for the deduction; and if he will make a statement on the matter. View answerAn application under the 2015 Basic Payment/Areas of Natural Constraint Schemes was received from the person named on 18 May, 2015. The processing of the Basic Payment Scheme application has been and completed and payment has issued. Processing of the Areas of Natural Constraints Scheme application has recently been finalised and payment will issue shortly, directly to the nominated bank account of the person named.
