View answerThe person named submitted a 2015 Private Contract Clause application to my Department. He was notified in writing on 22 October 2015 that this application was unsuccessful and was given the right to appeal this decision. No such appeal was received by my Department. The person named has received his Basic Payment Scheme advance payment on 19 October 2015 and his balancing payment on 1 December 2015 on foot of his pre-existing entitlements.
