An application under the 2015 Basic Payment Scheme was received from the person named on 26 May 2015. During processing of this application a dual claim error arose which resulted in a greater than 20% penalty and no payment under the Basic Payment. However, following the submission of an appeal the penalty has been overturned and payments due under the Basic Payment Scheme will issue in the coming days.
