View answerThe person named submitted an application under the Single Farm Payment Scheme for the past five years. However, he was deemed ineligible for payment as Article 28 (1) of Council Regulation (EC) No 73/2009 sets out that no payment will be made under the Single Payment Scheme where the amount claimed is less than €100.
