Deputy Mick Wallace asked the Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade further to Parliamentary Question No. 133 of 3 November 2015, if he has considered reviewing Ireland's long-standing arrangements under which the United States is granted blanket permission for overflights by unarmed military aircraft, particularly in view of the concerns raised in a number of quarters regarding Ireland's neutrality; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
