Deputy Pearse Doherty asked the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No. 195 of 19 November 2015, the criteria which were not met by a person (details supplied) in County Cavan to enable the person to receive home help hours, and the issues that were taken into account; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
