704. Deputy Brendan Griffin asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport further to previous parliamentary questions, when he will make a decision on whether there will be a sports capital programme in 2016; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [45872/15]

With over €133m allocated to over 2,600 projects since 2011, the focus of the Sports Capital Programme is now on the drawdown of existing grants. No decision has been made on the timing of any future rounds of the Sports Capital Programme.
