913. Deputy Clare Daly asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport the status of school bus drivers being unable to avail of equal access to the Córas Iompair Éireann pension scheme despite an acknowledgement that such access would be granted, and if he will recommend an independent process to evaluate what is happening and try and resolve matters. The administration of the Córas Iompair Éireann pension scheme is entirely a matter for the scheme's trustees together with the Board of CIÉ and I have forwarded the Deputy's question to the company for direct reply.  Please advise my private office if you do not receive a response within ten working days.
