Deputy Brendan Griffin asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine if a claim for a parcel of land application under the 2014 single payment scheme by a person (details supplied) in County Kerry will be reviewed, given new information; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine

An application under the 2014 Single Payment (SPS)/Disadvantaged Area Scheme (DAS) was received from the person named on 13 May 2014. During the processing of the application an overlap error emerged. I have made arrangements for a review of the evidence provided in this case.
