169. Deputy Willie Penrose asked the Minister for Defence to ensure that information sought by a family (details supplied) is furnished; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [1677/16]

In the light of earlier representations made by the Deputy on this matter, I can advise that my Department is currently liaising with the Defence Forces with regard to the release of the Court of Inquiry report. I will respond further to the Deputy on the matter when I have had an opportunity to review the report.
