Written answers

The person concerned submitted an application for disability allowance (DA) on 10 December 2014. The application was refused on both medical and means grounds, and the person in question was notified in writing of this decision on 15 June 2015 and of his rights of review and appeal. No appeal was received.

If the person in question believes that he may now qualify, it is open to him to submit a new application for DA by completing and returning the relevant application form (DA1).
