Deputy Michael McGrath asked the Minister for Finance the number of complaints, oral hearings and complainants being represented by a third party, including a member of the legal profession, handled by the Financial Services Ombudsman, in each of the years 2013 to 2015, in tabular form; and if he will make a statement on the matter. View answerAt the outset, I must point out that the Financial Services Ombudsman is independent in the performance of his statutory functions.
