Deputy Gerry Adams asked the Minister for Health why the Health Service Executive in County Louth has decided not to allocate funding to the early intervention home teacher programme and the Down's syndrome Louth-Meath branch, deeming them not to meet funding criteria, yet it allocated funding in County Meath for the same services; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
