View answerThe Inheritance Enquiry Unit of my Department issued a letter to the Legal Personal Representative of the person named on the 12 January 2016 requesting testamentary documentation which is required for the release of payments due to the estate of the deceased and requested that these documents be forwarded to the Department as soon as possible. To date the testamentary documents required have not been received.
