Department records indicate that the second person named is deceased. At present the Department do not have any legal documents in relation to the estate of the deceased. The Inheritance Enquiry Unit of the Department will be in touch with the legal representative of the estate to obtain the legal documentation required to release outstanding payments due to the estate.
